Data Integrity - Eliminating Duplicates
Our new feature to merge duplicate contact records into one complete record:
Merge Duplicate Contact Records - Increase your database's integrity by eliminating duplicate contact records. Eliminating duplicate records is very important for users and manager. For users, all information about a particular contact in available in one record. For managers, a reports value may be compromised if too many duplicates exist in your database.
Identify Duplicates Before You Create a Record- EBSuite will automatically check to see if you are creating a duplicate contact or organization record. If you are it will either let you continue or show you the record and the owner of that record.
Merge All Your Contacts Information Into One Record- Our merge engine will automatically merge your contacts, Notes History, Sales Opportunities, Cases, Appointments, Tasks, Projects into one record.
How to Merge:- Use the Contact -> Search & Manage to identify duplicate records. Next, select each duplicate record by checking the check box, then click on the Update Value button. Next at the bottom of the page, click on the Merge Duplicate Records button and click "Yes" to confirm and merge the records together.
