Microsoft Office and Word 2003 XML Integration


Microsoft Office and Word 2003 and above users may now read and write Word documents in native WordML (XML) format, use EBSuite compatible merge keywords to upload WordML document templates and have one click access to the merged document. Documents can then be sent individually or in mass by email or postal mail. Users may create form letters using keywords and their company's stantionary with letterhead, fonts and other formatting. This new feature enables users to save a complete history of all letters, documents and communications within each customers' record.

Users of Adobe Acrobat or other tools which produce PDF Forms (AcroForms), can now upload the PDF Forms into templates with one click access to create merged documents. This new feature enables industry and functional users, such as those working in real estate, human resources and tax preparation services, to significantly reduce the amount of time required for form preparation as well as automatically prepare a custom document ready for customer signature.
