Skype in EBSuite, Free VOIP Calling

Use Skype's VOIP to make Free or almost free phone calls anywhere in the world, directly from your EBSuite Account.

Our new feature allows you to click on the green Skype icon, , located next to each phone number. EBSuite will automatically dial the number. Skype is an online VOIP service and is owned by eBay. You will need to download and establish a Skype account. Skype allows you to make phone calls to anywhere in the world. You can call to land based phones for the price of a local call or call other Skype subscribers for free.

How to Sign-Up and Download the Skype Client Software: Please go to www.skype.com or click here: Skype.

Simply click on the Download Skype icon and follow the directions to download and create your Skype account. Skype offers many services, including phone numbers, voice mail, conference calling and SkypeOut. With SkypeOut, you can use Skype to call landlines and mobiles, all over the world. If you signup for SkypeOut you will be required to pay a minimum fee to make phone calls to landlines and mobile phones. The fees are based on the local phone rates to the destination you are calling.

How To Setup Skype in EBSuite: Login into your EBSuite account as administrator and go to Account Setup -> Organization / Contact and click on the Phone: Show Skype link. Then, select Yes to display the green Skype icon next to each phone number in your organization's account.

How To Use Skype in EBSuite: Login into your EBSuite account, and select a Contact or Organization whom you would like to contact. In the Contact's real only View or Snapshot the green Skype icon will be displayed next to the phone number. Click on the green icon, this will automatically launch your Skype client software and dial their phone number.

For SkypeOut users, please enter the country code at Account -> Preferences - ALl/List View -> General/UI - Country Code.
